This session explores how supervisors and peer leaders can foster trust, model integrity, and support recovery through inclusive, evidence-informed approaches.

Grounded in lived/living experience and personal values, this session highlights practical strategies for working with individuals with lived/living experience while leading with clarity, accountability, and compassion—across all recovery pathways.

Who Should Attend:

• Certified & non-certified peer support specialists
• Recovery coaches
• Individuals exploring peer or recovery coach career pathways
• Early career direct support professionals, including: Community Health Workers (CHWs), case managers, life skills trainers, frontline support staff in behavioral health or community settings
