Training Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We know life happens so we will do the best we can to adjust your registration if needed. If you need to cancel or transfer your registration, please read below and reach out to trainings@essentialvirtualsolutions.com.

Cancellations for a full refund (minus the transaction processing fees) to your original form of payment must be requested at least fourteen (14) calendar days in advance of your training start date.

Cancellations for a 50% refund (minus the transaction processing fees) to your original form of payment may be provided if you cancel between thirteen (13) and seven (7) calendar days in advance of your training start date. 

Unfortunately, no refunds can be issued for cancellations with less than seven (7) calendar days’ notice.

Please make sure to check your calendar and ensure you are available for all dates/times for the training. 

An individual may transfer their registration by either requesting a different date or allowing another individual to utilize your spot ONCE by contacting us at trainings@essentialvirtualsolutions.com. 

We will try to accommodate your request based on the availability of other training dates. 

Note: Trainings in progress cannot be cancelled or transferred. If you are unable to complete a training that has begun, you will have to register for another training for your certificate of completion. 

Custom trainings or group registrations cannot be refunded or transferred.
